Firstly, the fact that it's a .net website and says .com on their website is a red flag. The improper english/grammar used throughout their site make me cringe - obviously designed and created by a non-native english speaker.
Secondly, when searching for reviews of the site, the reviews are also obviously forged, also by a non-native english speaker.
And finally, there are only 3 methods to choose from in order to pay for their services: Western Union, Wire Transfer, or Money Gram (cough, red flag!, cough)
Go with your gut, and go elsewhere.
As far as I know, there are no legit websites or companies that offer a real service in producing replica or custom diplomas from real colleges or universities.
