Excellent after sales

I recently (22/6/2020) ordered a device (Order No.: 20062200943107090937) that proved damaged (not working). I opened a ticket explaining the situation and gearbest arranged a reshipment immedietely. It wasn't an expencive one, but the after sales service was excellent.
