Good luck going online to arrange the return of an item purchased via mobile. This is the third time I have contacted HP to make a return agreement. I have never encountered customer service as bad as this with another company.
For 10 years, I've had my Dell laptop and it's still running great, a little slower, but my machine isn't 24/7 and I don't download all sorts of things, so it works for me. I would have taken another Dell machine seriously, as it was very reliable.
I love my laptop from Acer. Ok, so much more than any I've ever had. The only thing I want to see altered is that you can't say when the CAPS lock key is on. Otherwise, it's the best laptop I own and have mentioned it to others
